White Wines

Three Sisters

Three Sisters

A round, nearly creamy mouthfeel marks the 2014 Three Sisters. Produced from a blend of our estate grown Cayuga and Seyval grapes, this year’s version takes a path different from past years. Fuller in body, it offers sage and honey notes balanced by a background of firm acidity and faint floral aromas. The sweet essence of the Cayuga grape offers a distinctive finish.

750 ml: $18.00

Simsbury Celebration

Simsbury Celebration

Our estate grown Seyval shines in this year’s Simsbury Celebration, fully expressing its Chardonnay parentage. Sweet honeydew melon, green apple and lemon citrus flavors overlay a soft minerality drawn from our unique Farmington River Valley soils. The lively and refreshing ripe fruit flavors linger on an elegant finish.

750 ml: $18.00

Serendipity

Serendipity

Our Serendipity is a multi-layered, intensely flavored wine made from the Vignoles grape, which prospers in our Rosedale vineyards. Its rich color matches its depth of flavor – all balanced with a firm acidity. A touch of meadow grass and dried herbs wrap around a long and powerful finish. This is a white wine that begs to be served not only with fish but with barbequed ribs, roasts or steaks.

750 ml: $18.00

Red Wines

Lou's Red

Lou’s Red

Rosedale’s Marquette grapes join our Foch and St. Croix in this year’s Lou’s Red. Embracing the partnership of Merlot and Sangiovese, the blend creates a rich blackberry texture and a lovely color coupled with a refreshing natural acidity. This wine’s subdued tannins complement a smooth, complex, fruit-forward wine with an intriguing berry nose and lingering elegant finish.

750 ml: $22.00

Farmington River Red

Farmington River Red

Our estate grown St. Croix and Foch grapes play more than bit actors in this year’s offering. Their blend of lush blackberry and spicy acidity bring all the classic descriptors of Cabernet Sauvignon into sharp focus. Layers of cherry overlay a background of herb laced plum, sage and cedar, all supported by firm but approachable tannins. Perfect to drink young, this wine has the potential to age rather handsomely over the next few years.

750 ml: $22.00

Blush Wines

Summer Bouquet

Summer Bouquet

Red raspberries are the inspiration for this wine. A blend of our estate grown Meynieu, LaCross, Seyval and Traminette combined with the essence of red raspberry creates a refreshing wine. The naturally higher acidity of these grapes balances out a smooth sweetness and sets up the perfect wine to serve with any number of desserts or even over ice on a hot summer afternoon.

750 ml: $18.00

Boutique Wines

Sundance

Sundance

Our Sundance features Chardonnay with the added essence of peaches and apricots. A classic Chardonnay taste profile moves to a new level when crafted to showcase the sweet side of fruit and wine grapes with just 2/3 the alcohol of a regular Chardonnay. Over ice by the pool? In the hammock with a good book? Why not?

750 ml: $15.00

Summer Red

Summer Red

Blueberries and Pinot Noir…what a combination! Pinot Noir by itself is a classic. But introducing the flavor of blueberries with a touch of sweetness creates a unique experience. Add to that its low alcohol content of just 8 percent, and when slightly chilled, you have the perfect sipping companion.

750 ml: $15.00
