White Wines

Three Sisters

Three Sisters

Our estate grown Cayuga is paired this year with Sauvignon Blanc resulting in a bright, citrus noted wine with faint hints of meadow grass and herbs. This tantalizing balance of acidity and fruit shines as a cocktail as well as being perfectly suited to pair with lighter seafood dishes such as flounder, sole, or crab.

62% Cayuga, 38% Sauvignon Blanc

750 ml: $16.99

Simsbury Celebration

Simsbury Celebration

Rosedale’s Seyval Blanc takes the lead in its partnership with Chardonnay for our 2013 version of Simsbury Celebration. An initial sensation of flinty, mineral overtones and faint orange zest, quickly opens up into a nearly creamy complex and balanced blend with notes of melon, pear and dried herbs. Hints of apricot and coriander on the finish.

70% Seyval Blanc, 30% Chardonnay

750 ml: $16.99

Red Wines

Lou's RedLou’s Red

Our Marechal Foch is a small but special ingredient in this year’s Lou’s Red. Against a background of Merlot, the Foch brings rich blackberry tones and a wonderful color to the blend along with a refreshing natural acidity. This wine’s subdued tannins backdrop a smooth, complex fruit forward wine with an intriguing berry nose and soft finish.

14% Marechal Foch, 86% Merlot

750 ml: $19.99

Farmington River RedFarmington River Red

Our estate grown St. Croix is more than a bit actor in this blend. Like our Foch, it brings an important boost to the acidity which in turn brings all the classic descriptors of Cabernet Sauvignon into sharp focus. Layers of cherry overlay a background of herb laced plum, sage and cedar, all wrapped in very approachable tannins.

22% St. Croix, 78% Cabernet Sauvignon

750 ml: $19.99

winterred thumbWinter Red

Sangiovese traditionally delivers intensity – intensity of flavor, tannin, and acidity. This year’s Winter Red is no exception. Cinnamon-black tea driven acidity wraps around an explosion of fruit on the palette. Sweet blueberry, cherries and ripe plum with a hint of balsamic all balance a lingering minerality and soft tannins.

100% Sangiovese

750 ml: $19.99

Blush Wines

Summer BouquetSummer Bouquet

Red raspberries are the inspiration for this wine which matches a blend of Rosedale’s own Vignoles, Sevyal, Vidal, Traminette, LaCross and Meynieu with the essence of red raspberry. The naturally higher acidity of these grapes balances out a smooth sweetness and sets up the perfect wine to serve with any number of desserts or even over ice on a hot summer afternoon.

A blend of Farmington River Valley grapes.

750 ml: $16.99

Boutique Wines

SundanceSundance

Chardonnay with the added essence of peaches and apricot – a classic Chardonnay taste profile moves to a new level when crafted to showcase the sweet side of fruit and wine grapes with just 2/3 the alcohol of a regular Chardonnay. Over ice by the pool? In the hammock with a good book? Why not?

100% Chardonnay

750 ml: $12.99
