Whether you join us for one of our fabulous seasonal events, or are planning your own special occasion, Rosedale Farms & Vineyards provides a spectacular setting for your unique celebrations and for building special memories.
Consider our beautiful farm for the site of your wedding or special celebration. Our grounds are nestled in the Farmington River Valley surrounded by rolling hills and the Penwood State Forest with views of the Heublien Tower. Our tent is set up in the vineyard to create a lovely country ambience for your special day.
We can accommodate parties for a minimum of 75 guests or large gatherings up to 300. Whatever your occasion, let Rosedale Farms & Vineyards provide a beautiful backdrop.
- For large-scale events using the Vineyard site: Enjoy an acre of well-manicured greens adjacent to our vineyard for tented events. These events may be held on Friday, Saturday or Sunday from June through October. Event hours are generally anytime between 5:00pm and Midnight (earlier hours can be arranged).
- Please note: Outside alcoholic beverages ARE NOT permitted on Rosedale Farms grounds, unless holding a private party under our large event tent.
We are conveniently located within 15 minutes of downtown Hartford and 20 minutes from Bradley International Airport. There are several wonderful, moderately-priced hotels and outstanding restaurants nearby (please visit our Friends page).

Rosedale Farms & Vineyards teams up with a local restaurant for extraordinary evenings including farm tours, wine tastings, and a four- to six-course feast crafted from Rosedale's farm-fresh ingredients. Chef-to-Farm Dinners are held on Thursday evenings throughout the summer and fall.
Enjoy a sampling of our vintages, and leave with a souvenir glass! Every weekend throughtout the summer begining July 5th and fall from noon to 5pm (Final tasting of the season will be November 1st and 2nd). $10 per person.
Hayrides, farm tours, and a variety of tastings are part of FarmFests, specially-themed farm celebrations held on select Sunday afternoons (1pm – 6pm) during the Fall. Perfect for families! Tickets may be purchased at Rosedale Farms & Vineyards or online at maxrestaurantgroup.com
The 2nd annual Max's Connecticut Lobster Festival, featuring local lobsters, sweet corn & potatoes picked fresh from Rosedale Farms & Vineyards, Maine mussels, Connecticut steamer clams, locally grown lettuce, cucumber and tomato salad, homemade ice cream, local beer from Thomas Hooker Brewing Company, and much more! Wine by the Vine
Rosedale Farms & Vineyards will host their 4th Wine by the Vine event to benefit the Colburn-Keenan Foundation on October 25, 2014 from 3pm-6pm. The wine and beer tasting event includes Rosedale wine and Thomas Hooker beer, live music, food stations, a silent auction, and a raffle. The Colburn-Keenan Foundation is dedicated to improving the health and well being of individuals and families living with chronic illnesses, with priority placed on those living with bleeding disorders.

vie for the kids
vie for the kids is the premier fundraising effort for the Clinical Trials Program at Connecticut Children's Medical Center. The day features 2 separate events – a Trail Run/Walk and Barbecue Under the Stars Reception. This year's event will be held Saturday, November 1st. Check back for more details.
